forest academy
Indoor forest-inspired learning for curious children

A space for hands-on discovery, creativity, and connection with nature — even indoors.
What is Forest Academy?
Forest Academy is our indoor extension of the forest experience.

Here, children explore nature through creative, hands-on activities — observing, planting, building, and experimenting in a calm and thoughtful environment.

Each session is designed to nurture curiosity, independence, and a deeper connection with the natural world.

In collaboration with Tournesol École Luxembourg
(Centre de développement et de formation harmonieux).
Our Sessions
Each session follows a seasonal theme, inspired by what is happening in the natural world at that time of year. Children explore, create, and discover through hands-on activities in a calm and thoughtful environment.

Sessions are designed for small groups, allowing every child space to observe, ask questions, and work at their own pace.
What to Expect
Forest Academy meets on the last Thursday of each month. Each session lasts around 2 hours, just enough time to slow down, explore, and create something together.

Most sessions welcome children from age 3, though some are designed for age 4 and above. The recommended age is always indicated in the session description.
Sessions may include
  • nature-based crafts
  • planting and simple gardening
  • sensory exploration
  • small creative projects
  • quiet observation and discussion
